My service was horrible but another busy waitress was right there helping. All the food was good but my Ribeye steak . The New York was a better cut than the Ribeye. Ribeye cost more because it a better cut. My steak was so tough you couldn't chew. They should have immediately taken it back and offered me to have another steak or a different meal. Nope .

My husband received a nice gift certificate to Basil Ginger. We made reservation for a party of 7 at 3:00pm for a family birthday party on a Saturday.The restaurant was busy but not backed up.The servers were so friendly and helpful.They didn't waste time standing around ,they were busy serving our meal in a timely manner..our glasses and cups were kept full.7 different meals all were enjoyed. Big servings and professionally pleasing to the eye. An extensive menu to fit anyone's pallet or eating requirements..gluten free. Vegan. Etc.Highly recommend by our party for relaxing tasteful dinning experience.They definitely go above and beyond .

After several "bad" services in the Wasilla area, it was refreshing to get good service. The servers were very nice. Finally had some decent Asian food that satisfied us.
Good place. But dinner time starts at 3pm. So just fyi in case anyone wants to have the lunch special and not the dinner special

I don’t know how many times I’ve even here but it’s probably the most visited place for my family. The food is always fantastic and what has made it even better is our waitress Cassie. She was so on top of everything and I look forward to going back knowing I’ll get wonderful food and wonderful service. I didn’t get any pictures of the food because we ate it so fast but we ordered: 2x beef fried rice,2x sweet and sour chicken, 2x dumplings, coconut shrimp, beef pad thai, beef and broccoli and 2x smile sushi rolls. Believe me when I say all was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow! Where do I start? This restaurant is so comfortable to dine in. The chairs are very nice and the decor and aesthetics are superb. The service was wonderful and the staff were all very attentive. An empty dish didn't sit longer than 3 minutes on our table before being picked up. All of the food we ordered was amazing and fresh. The hot and sour soup was delicious. The curry dish was so creamy and spicy - a perfect way to warm up after being in the cold. The lo mein and fried rice was divine. Our favorite was the Alaska Sushi Roll! ? it was the perfect combination to satisfy our palate. I'm so pleased with this establishment and will definitely return sooner than later. The food and service was so quick and delicious that I forgot to stop and snap some pictures. Hopefully I'll remember to take pictures next time we visit!
