Went to go there for some lunch. Only said hello, lady responded “hold on a minute” very rudely. Even if she had a bad day or something its her job to be respectful to customers. Not even the first time something wrong has happened another incident happened a couple months ago but the worker actually apologized, unlike the lady whos excuse was “I didnt say anything” complete lie.

So I tried to call them and ask if they have soy and nut free foods that me and my mom can have. The lady was very rude with her tone and said NO! I don't recommend coming here terrible customer service!

Great service, and a full menu at 8 am but if they ask you to go around front, just go they really really don't like it if you ask to wait at the window even if no one else is behind you in line. (Pretty sure I made the lady at the window mad)

We used the drive thru.. while placing the order, we were interrupted multiple times by the person taking our order. I asked them to repeat what we ordered, the clerk chose to raise their voice and yell at us..Extremely rude and horrible customer service.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Lobby was freezing cold. The lady in charge said they had called about it. If your heat is broken, put a sign up or close the lobby sheesh. Food was pretty good though.
I find it very repulsive that the girl taking orders was wearing a sweatshirt with a pentagram on the back. If we had seen it before getting our food, we would have walked out. Devil worship is nothing to be taken lightly and obviously the management of Carl's doesn't care how the employees dress. We will never return.
