Possibly the slowest Dairy Queen I've ever seen. I can't comment on the food, I left after waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru. One car moved ahead during that time. Maybe they only have one person working? During those 15 minutes I saw several people attempt to go into the restaurant, but the doors were locked for some reason. This was at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon.

When we came in a boy with a head set was yelling “tell them we are out of ice cream! Do NOT sell anymore ice cream!” Another young man was mixing a shake and replied that they do have ice cream and he just didn’t hear him.We ordered burger combos and a peanut buster parfait.I went to the washroom and I could still hear the manager kid yelling while I was in there. When I came out my parfait was ready and the yelling guy was still walking around fussing very loudly about people not ‘listening’ and how people were going to fired.My parfait was layered perfectly and I didn’t mind getting my desert first. About 5 min go by and we got our fries. No burgers. The cashier apologized that the burgers weren’t ready yet. A DoorDasher came in then another Doordasher. We finally got our burgers about 15 minutes later and the DoorDashers waited about 15-20 min for their orders.Yelling McYellerson was working the grill. I don’t know if he was an actual manager but he being awful to the other employees.

My wife and I went by here today for the free cone day. the gentleman at the window stated that they ran out but offered us rainchecks and told us about a new flavor(peach) that will be available soon.Being in customer service myself for 16+ years, this gentleman hit the double circle on the target from MILES away. HE has VERY GOOD customer service skills/attitude. we WILL be back to this store.

I have been there twice and each time I was very annoyed with the wait time and the guest area I went to get five blizzards, three of them were a soupy mess, and sticky cups. The guest area has dirty tables and looks poorly kept. I will never shop there again.

Horrible we came at 8:35 and it said lobby closes at 9 and she said we couldn’t order in the lobby we went to drive through and they rushed our order we wouldn’t even finish saying our first thing and they kept telling us the total , once we got our brownies they were frozen inside …. When I called the guy I spoke to said that it’s supposed to be like that ?every other time I had it the brownies were warm and soft this time we couldn’t even bite through them, they need some customer service skills and work on not rushing people. If you close at 9 you close at 9 you can take an order at 8:35 that’s plenty of time for us to order icecream….

Had to wait 5 minutes to order them had to wait another 15 for 1 blizzard and it was a really unprofessional atmosphere and employees didn't know what they were doing and this is the worst dq I've been in

if i could give less than 1 star, you bet your - i would. the customer service was ridiculously outrageous. 3 incredibly young employees with no mature management onsite. completely ignored as i asked questions. my blizzard was left on the counter for 5+ minutes until 1 of the obviously stoned employee pointed it out that they had set my now melted ice cream on the counter behind me. walking in the store smelled like i was walking into a dispensary. pulled into the drive thru before having to go into the lobby, nobody came to give me service. noticed none of the 3 employees had headsets on and took them almost 20 minutes before realizing my receipt for door dash was still in the printer… completely ignored, all extremely rude and stoned employees weren’t helpful in any sense. calling the store is no use, as the employees seemed to not have any concern for the customers. completely unacceptable and embarrassing for the manager themselves. worst experience at a fast food place i’ve ever spent.Parking: Parks Highway. DO NOT RECOMMEND. would rather drove to another town to pick up THREE ice creams.
Unfortunately like most things now days DQ looks run down and under staffed. Hard times have hit everyone.I went through the drive thru to get a small Blizzard and French fries. It was $8+ some change. For the quality of food that it was over priced. However, you have to figure on paying for the service. So it works out. But it just wasn't good enough for me to ever go back. :(

I went to DQ on Sunday 21 Jan 2024. Ordered and waited about 20 minutes. I went up and asked if our order was about ready. Our order hadn't even been started because they couldn't find the girl who was supposed to be cooking and they were both "underage" and couldn't cook our food. I asked for a refund, and of course today check my bank statement and was charged 2 times instead of getting my refund. We never got our food after 10 minutes of them trying to find their cook I decided I wasn't waiting any longer. I would NOT recommend wasting your time at this place.

We ordered food through the drive-thru today we didn't get what we expected. We ordered a kid's meal of chicken strips but got a cheeseburger instead. We told them no mustard but Mayo but we got that mustard anyway. The 3 fries we have are halfway only. We didn't even get straws for our large drinks and no napkins. This is the first time we came in here but this will be the last.
