Completely ignored us in the drive thru. After 5-10 minutes we went to the window and made eye contact with someone to get an update as to what might be going on. They continue working as though we were invisible. Hours say 24hr drive thru. Never had a good experience here yet.

Ordered breakfast so we could make the cutoff time of 10:30. We showed up at 10:40 and it had been cancelled and could not be remade. Apparently you have to be there by 10:30 for breakfast items ordered. That’s fine if that’s the policy but it should be advertised that when ordering.

McDonald's is McDonald's. I was disappointed this time around because my chicken nuggets were not hot. They were warm and quickly got cold. I could taste that they had been sitting under the warm heat lamp until the next order. I got the wrong cheeseburger. I can't expect anything about the cleanliness of the place. It's always dirty and filthy.
First of all, I go into order food half the things I order they're out of or they don't serve that time of night. We got our food sat down at a table.The cashier had to bring out the rest of our order I went to the counter to get some catch up,and some kid comes up to me. Tells me that they close at 11.I asked him what time it was and he said 11: 02. The cashier should have told us before we sat down to eat our food that they were closing. As a matter of fact, he could have told us that when he brought us the food to the table when we were sitting there, eating or about to eat that they would be closing. So we had to gather up our food while all the people that work there stood at the register talking and giggling. As we walked out the door to go finish our food in the car. The bathrooms were disgusting.And the customer service there definitely needs work. It might help if they had an adult there to supervise these children. They don't know how to treat people and do their jobs correctly.

Waited 30 minutes while on my work break for a hot chocolate and a coke freeze... Never gonna order again :( never even got my money back as a minimum wage worker i could've at least used it for something I'd for sure get. The employees are sweet however i can feel their pressure from just walking by.. Why must it take so long for simple things?

The floors were dirty the food was soggy and the kids in here were disrespectful the time between orders was long and the table I was at was also dirty saw trash on the floor the drink machines were dirty on the sides was too bright for my eyes the play places was a dangers environment smelt really bad like rotting meat also saw more teenagers then adults. The cashier was racist because I’m asain and asked if I wanted dog on that laughed it off I didn’t the teens were loud. Also was a nerd doing school work the sprite was getting everywhere not in my cup also had wet floor signs when not even wet. Disappointed in this company.
