This place has gone down hill…. Way way down.So I wanted pizza and wings for delivery…. 2 items from the $7 deal lovers… one medium one topping pizza and boneless garlic parm wings. Total would be $14 right then when asked to pay the total was $32…….. what!!!! Ok I understand a delivery charge so let’s look at it that way…. $32 was my total….. we will take away the $14 that my 2 items cost and that brings us to….. $18 for a delivery fee…… lol. I asked what was going on and was told by the person on the phone that the delivery fee was only $5.99…. So my order was $14 in food + $5.99 delivery fee for a total of $20 right!!!! Then why was my total $32? They told me that they did not know why it was ringing up that way but that was the total.. the entire exp was very very bad… the person on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful in the least. This use to be a good place. I don’t know what happened but this place can not even add right!!!!! 5 thumbs down!!!!

I asked for a manager because my order was wrong and I believe they had me talk to pam and while I was waiting for her I heard her screaming at her employees! Then when she finally helped me she was a cunt she was so rude and raised her voice with me then when I couldn't get my right order she walked away and started screaming at her teenage employee why is a 60 year old screaming at a minor so unprofessional! I hope the higher ups see this and fire that witch

Pizza Hut corp u should really look at ur reviews. For 2 people 6 wings a med pepperoni pizza and 2 tiny cups for pop $33.35 . We decided to dine in . All the chairs were on the tables pizza boxes on ur empty salad bar . Place was cold and uninviting . Not overly clean and very out out dated. For $33.00 I can go to a restaurant and actually be served rather than have hill billy Jane quick take our order while doing 50 other things because there is only 2 people running the place. You are pricing your selves right out of business and not training your staff how to represent Pizza Hut in a friendly professional manner.For the record we will continue to visit the local dinner instead of ever coming back here to visit a genuine hillbilly experience .

I order a stuff crust pizza drive 20 min each way they don’t make it right. I couldn’t imagine why. You walk in and they are blaring pop and rap music. I could barley hear the lady on the phone it was so loud when I called. No wonder they couldn’t get the order right. The place looks dirty and the lounge is closed at 730 on a Friday when I was there. I use to work at Pizza Hut when I was a kid. Sad to see the few classic dine in spots are getto trash.
We have gone twice for dine in and the staff has always been nice and our food order is always correct.

***Real "Witch" on Halloween***: Imagine you go into what has become mostly a take out or delivery business (Wasilla Pizza Hut) shortly after it opens at 10 a.m. to order approximately $80 worth of food/pizza. The approximately 30-35 year old, female employee who slowly saunters up to the counter doesn't know what the "Deals" are other than the largest pizza they have. How can you only know of one deal? Also, Witch states she cannot honor the Alaska online deal prices in store. So, you try to pull up the ever so slow Pizza Hut site to make the order online. (Actually in the recent past they WERE able to honor those prices, but it's quickly plain this employed Witch is totally inflexible.) Before you can make your order the Witch asks you if "there's food in your McDonald's bag," which you have with you because you just crossed the street from there on foot (no vehicle to leave it in). Witch then states that "bag with food cannot be in there because if you get sick off of Ronald McDonald's food in the Pizza Hut, she can be held liable." You tell said Witch that you "do not intend to consume that food there and are only ordering pizza." Witch repeats again sternly "it cannot be in here." At this point you become so disgusted with this obstinate form of absolute ridiculousness that you say... "Ok, this is just nuts, you're just being an *ss, so forget about the $80. of business I was about to transact here!" Further upon leaving you tell said Witch what she just did "was absolutely nuts and not necessary!" Although, the Wasilla Pizza Hut as some here have noted is definitely not what it used to be, you could still eat there generally serving yourself or carry out. However, after the total, utter rude interaction with the Witch, who for the Owner worked between 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. on 10/31/23, I DO NOT intend to in any way support t this business again in the future. Absolutely the worst interaction ever with any restaurant employee in over 50 years of life experience. No one deserves this type of poor human to human interaction or service in any type of business, let alone when simply trying to order pizza and let alone a Veteran with many years of service. The top managers of Pizza Hut USA or Alaska may freely ask to contact me here. Prior to this I had never had a big problem at this establishment even with their reduced services.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a pizza joint. Ordered for delivery and they changed it to takeout without telling me, I waited an hour an a half and called them when nothing showed up, got told there was no drivers and we would have to pickup. Called back a second time to get the delivery tip refunded and they refused to refund us saying we ordered curbside pickup. I know for a fact I filled for delivery, you have to go through a whole different process and fill different things out like car license number. They were extremely rude over the phone and straight up lied, we had to call the bank to get a refund. Yeah, never ordering from here again it's not my first bad experience with this pizza hut.
