Wasn’t busy at all and they took 40 minutes to make our food. People who came in after us got their food before us.

Went there last night with my 2 kids. It took them 56 minutes to get our food out. ? worst service I've ever had. No explanation other than, sorry.

Young woman at the window was super rude. Asked for sauce got a stony look and a yes. I said thank you with a genuine smile and she just stared like she was miffed and shut the window. She needs a non people job. No excuse for that.

I placed my order at 11:48am, I arrived at the store at 12:20, wasn’t greeted by an employee until 12:40, who said they would check on my order then never came back. I left the restaurant at 12:55 still with no food after being ignored at the front counter for over 10 minutes, and never receiving my food. Two separate employees were supposed to check on my order and never did.Other customers in the lobby had 20-40 minute waits, yet others got their food in 10 minutes, and of course the drive thru was moving smooth this whole time. The person leading the makeline kept quoting being short staffed as the problem, they had 2 employees at the drive thru window, one employee sitting in the lobby, one employee sitting in the office eating, an employee at the back drive thru window and 3 employees in the kitchen. If you can’t get orders out in under an hour or even greet your customers with 6 employees on the floor and 8 employees on the building you need to completely overhaul the management of this store.
If you order ahead you better be in the parking lot ready to go in and wait right after you order or there's a very high chance of your food being stolen. Most of the employees appear to be challenged to some degree. If it's after about 7 or 8pm then you'll probably wait nearly an hour if not longer in the drive thru. Dashing for this place is a joke after 5pm.
