Worst experience ever, the good came out cold and not fully wrapped. Things were missing from the order. . No ketchup packets for dining room customers or any in the pump. I provided them with packets I had in my pocket, since they are frequently missed in orders for doordash. Waited for 30 mins on the order, then after everything was bagged was told they were Out of lemonade. What looked to be a small order of fries was on the floor and when made aware they said yes someone told me that a hour ago.

Went thru drive thru, only 1 car in front of me. But still it took almost 18 min to get my food. 1st we were waiting on chicken, then fries, then they were out of lettuce, so no salads, then we had to wait for our replacement meal! They up sized us to large drinks. I guess that's supposed to make waiting longer than it takes to cool each meal individually from fryer to counter!!! But hey, that's how Wendy's ALWAYS is! I never go there unless I e got 30 min to kill!

I don't eat fast food often. I was in a hurry and thought the baked potato and chili sounded good. I ended up throwing away everything I ordered. All the food was dry and crusty. I'll never go back.

No spicy chicken, no ghost pepper chicken, no jalapeño buns, no large fry’s, no frostys, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes, didn’t get the order right despite missing half the menu, and the bag was so full of grease and soaked that by the time I grabbed the bag, all of my food fell thru the bottom and spilt all over the floor, this was LITERALLY the 3rd time I’ve ever even had Wendy’s, absolutely terrible service without a care in the world.

Sat in line for over 20 minutes finally got my food one combo of a son of BACONator key word BACON i got a burger that is something completely different with no bacon loaded with veggies. All I ordered was a sprite fries and one single burger and I got the wrong one.. seriously. Plus they’re out of a lot of things and no list or anything mentioned on the menu so you don’t know they’re out till you order something.

I had to ask for ketchup, and the employee dropped the ketchup packets on the floor, then proceeded to pick them up and throw them in my bag on top of my fries . I asked for my fries to be replaced with new ones and was told

Waited over 30 mins for our order even though we were only ones in dining room. Manager was sassy, no one seemed to care. They deleted our name off the waiting screen and forgot about us. Do not recommend. And these people want 15+ a hour! What a joke. This Wendy’s has the worst service…the employee in dining room told the staff he didn’t do our food because he needed to go to break! Like what happened to customer service??? When we got our food, it was a bit cold as well. Very disappointed!

I've probably been here over a hundred times in the last 20 years because it's about a half mile from my parents' house. The food is mostly fine if it's what you ordered however most of the time what you receive is not what you ordered. If you are in the drive thru then take the extra time to look in the bag, count the items, and inspect the items because sometimes a $10 "triple cheeseburger" is a single patty with cheese and half a gallon of mayo or a "taco salad" is a single bag of chips. Sometimes they don't have lettuce or tomatoes. Drive thru wait time is somewhere between 10 minutes and an hour, I'd probably estimate 10 minutes per car. They run through managers and staff like mad so you'll never see the same person twice which is probably why they can never get a rhythm down to fulfil orders accurately and timely or keep tomatoes in stock. Overall I'd recommend buying the ingredients and cooking the burger yourself, if you have the means, because that would probably be faster and cheaper.
