The restaurant wasn't busy on our visit. After placing order then looking for a clean table to sit at. One worker was obviously on break. She was seated in both alone eating. One other couple were seated and one other at a table. We found one of 2 tables that was clean. Another employee came and spoke to other employee then just walked by all the dirty tables. Such a shame they don't know how to keep a new place clean so they can keep their job by having a clean place for more customers to co m e to.

Sat at the speaker for about 5 and a half minutes before someone answered and we could barely hear her. They were out of a bunch of stuff we wanted. After we paid, they asked us to pull around and they had us sitting out there for 11 minutes before they brought it out. Not worth it ??♀️

Definitely somewhere I quite going for a while, it had gotten horrible, slow, bad customer service everything that makes a business successfuly great ! Decided to try it again and wow, the new manager has really changed it all! The food is great again, quick service, always sweet, foods never cold anymore !!! Definitely recommend it again!!!!
waited in the drive through for 20 minutes or so last night long before close. could see the lady at the counter on her phone with the headset on refusing to talk. when we were pulling off she opened the window (we were literally far away from the building, luckily)and screamed “why y’all yelling in the drive through. what’s wrong with y’all. %#^*?” yelling? we just said “hello.” we were patient. we were hungry. she could have just told us she was closing an hour early instead. what’s funny is even around 1:45 when we passed back by (because we live in the area) she was still there… on her phone at the counter. i guess she got paid for an hour of doing nothing. maybe she’s over worked and understaffed but as industry workers, i don’t see this as acceptable customer service.
Well, Google asked me to share my experience so I will just so ladies and parents can be reminded to stay alert.A few weeks ago I walked in to the Alabaster, AL Arby's next to the ER to use the restroom while my husband picked up a DoorDash order... well, alone entering the Ladies Restroom I heard some fumbling in the standard sized stall next thing I knew a male employee pops out in a hurry explaining to me why I shouldn't use the one he was in and that I had to use the handicapped stall. I told him over a few times to LEAVE but he kept standing there running hid mouth about that stall he was in. He was in the way of the bathroom door itself so I felt trapped and unease after I saw that he didn't listen the first time when I said leave now. After what seemed to be a long and unsettling min or so he finally left. I felt uncomfortable to use it... so I left the restroom. This male employee was sitting at the booth nearest to the restrooms... he looked anxious and was jittery. Come to find out... he wasn't on the clock and he shouldn't have been in the ladies restroom... According to the manager.Listen ladies... be careful when entering any public restroom ? I don't care how often you visit a place. You never know. Parents!!! Please always double check restrooms and behind all doors before allowing your child to enter. You never know! Now, I have anxiety when going into a restroom alone in public... Arby's, please do something about this... I have made my calls... I hope that you all take this very seriously and if that said employee is still with you all KEEP AN EYE ON HIM AT ALL TIMES! He seems like he's no stranger to doing sketchy things!!! Infact he needs to just find a job that doesn't involve the public.For thr record arbys was my favorite place to go to... I'm hurt about all of this and the fact that Arby's is not keeping intouch with me on this. I'm making calls but nobody is keeping me in any loop... how long does an investigation last?? I mean do you all NOT have cameras in the lobby or front door??

Went in to get a chicken sandwich while my dad in the hospital and they gave me a chicken sandwich that was so burnt and so hard I couldn't eat it. Then I asked for a new one and they came out and gave me a chicken sandwich that was so undercooked it was still cold. WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!

I work very close to this location so it’s convenient to go to on lunch. The past two times I’ve been I sat at the speaker to order for 10+ minutes. Today I said hello twice, 5 minutes apart and the young man screamed at me. I stated I had been waiting for 10 minutes just to place my order and he yelled back that I hadn’t. A woman who I can only assume is the manager cut him off as he was yelling and took my order. This place is horrendous, especially after seeing these reviews. I have an hour lunch break and it takes the entire hour just to get your food. I left, went down the road to Jack’s, had 4 cars in front of me and was out of the parking lot with my food in 4 minutes. Eat somewhere other than Arby’s.

Ah Arby's, they are known for their curly fries which is what I exactly got! There were some new additions to the menu last time I checked. Limited time items have arrived and there is a new Good Burger 2 Meal which includes crinkle fries (whaaa arbys got that now?!) a Wagyu Burger, and a strawberry milkshake. Now I'm by no means a strawberry guy but this milkshake has definitely won me over, good job Arbys ?
