Rarely have a bad experience at Chick-fil-A but this bothered me. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with two chicken tenders on it. I also asked for no pickles and they put them on there anyway. Highly disappointed!

Delightful place to go. Food is consistent. Staff is well trained. Service is quick and efficient. Even have someone in parking lot directing traffic. It just can't get better than Chick Fi A.

Came at 5:40pm and told they can't make substitutions this late in the evening. Spoke to manager who sent a regular cashier to tell me they would charge me for 2 medium fruit cups since we're out of large containers. Total disaster!
