Biscuits and gravy literally had no taste. Staff was rushing around, yet still short with everyone, which tells me the company doesn't treat them well. Had to ask for a couple of things left off my order, but was handed them promptly and told to have a good day, which tells me that they were understaffed. Coffee was terrible.

this was a terrible experience. the manager was a jerk who didn't care about the quality of anything that we were given, and when he takes orders from the drive thru, he talks in a way that makes it hard to understand anything he says. the only good thing about this terrible place is the sweet older lady that gave us our food. NEVER COME HERE

Got a extra gravy with my biscuit yesterday the price was .75 cents today got the same thing and the extra gravy was $2. When I asked about the price difference they said they don't make the prices. But $1,25 more over night is a bit much for a little bowl of gravy. This was in Millbrook Alabama. Store # 1501466
Idk what hoodrat y’all have working in the drive through. But he, she needs to be terminated expeditiously. There’s no reason to have an attitude with customers. If you don’t like you $9h job then QUIT! And judging by the looks of the food and the people working in it, I’m glad I didn’t finish my order. Hardee’s do better.

Scamming hard at work to get back that red mercedes over that soccer mom suv with rims.Will auto charge you for Large and give you regular sizes. When you call them out on it, they claim 'they didn't have the container' Then magically pull out Large said container and 'correct' the order.

I literally have videos of us calling these people through the window and nothing we pull back around the spot where you order and just ignoring us I have videos of these people and they both need to loose their jobs we sat here for 30 minutes while they over here not working right I’m very unhappy we just drove all the way from jemison to alabaster for this. Will never come back these people ruining Hardee’s it used to be good and have good workers. All I have to say is Wendy’s definitely got our service tonight

Even though I asked there was no need to be rude , she turned more rude after that . It is really sad that someone invested so much money to built this location an own this franchise then being tearing apart by the employees.
