The employees here are all friendly and our food is always right. We have never had an issue and we come pretty regularly.I gave atmosphere a 1 star because whenever we come in there are only two people working, and they are rushing trying to keep up while the phone rings off the hook and they have people in line. They are obviously doing their best, but management is not supporting them with the people they need. I makes me not want to come in and stress them out more.I hope this is something management thinks about and takes into consideration to reduce turn over since the employees I usually see are doing a great job.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to, nothing like going to the drive thru order speaker at 12:00 pm and see JJ employees outside smoking then wait in the line with only one other car for way too long, the food isn’t worth it, this is the second time I’ve been there and had to wait entirely too long in the drive thru and it will be my last time for sure

Not freaky fast at all. Took over 20min it’s for sandwiches and they didn’t have French bread. How are you a sandwich shop and you don’t have bread? We’re catering to the drive thru and online orders before the ones that ordered I person. Disappointed.

Freaky Fast? In your dreams! Delivery takes well over an hour. Order for pick up if you can. Pick up is quick. Otherwise, you need to order well before you're hungry. There's a 50/50 chance the delivery driver won't knock or ring the bell when they drop your bag at the door.It took 2 hours for me to get my sandwich. I ended up having to go to the store to pick it up. Still had to pay the delivery fee and tip that I had prepaid on the app. They're excuse was that they were baking bread. It was peak dinner time and they didn't have bread? They didn't call to give me a heads up. But they knew exactly who I was when I called to check on my order.

Won’t be back. Staff and food are great. I was a rewards member and frequent customer. I was emailed a JJ $5 off coupon which I used per their conditions/requirements. I ordered via their app and met minimum fee. My coupon was not honored. I called the store and they said that sucks we can’t help you. I went through the wormhole of the JJ website. The response I received was what I should have done to redeem the coupon. I told them that is exactly what I did and to please credit me $5. No response so I reached out again and said they cannot go back and honor the $5 but they would send me $3 off that expires in 7 days. Really, go back and spend more money after you s’d me out of $5 to get $3 off?!?! No thanks. Canceled my rewards account and won’t be back. This is no reflection on the staff or food. Both were good. This is a management issue and a JJs issue. Lost a great customer over $5 that could have been easily rectified. Not even an apology. JJ makes it very difficult to try and contact the “home office” with complaints or compliments. Bye JJ. Plenty of other competitors that will enjoy my business. BTW, go see how well Chick Fil A treats their customers in these situations. They rectify immediately with no questions asked or blame on the customer.

Went through the drive thru and the young lady who gave us our pickup was exceptionally kind. I wish I got her name. I don’t think positive experiences are acknowledged enough and I just wanted to take the time to say this. I hope this employee is appreciated and valued.

Picked up four different sandwiches for myself and friends! Every sandwich was made exactly as order. Only "issue" (but it wasn't a problem at all) was it wasn't ready when I got there. But they got it ready SO FAST!

I placed a mobile order for a beach club unwich. I realized that I forgot to take the cheese off on the app. I can the store and they were so kind about updating my order. I picked up through the drive-thru. There was a small line, but it didn't take long to get to the window. The staff member at the window was super nice! My sandwich (wrapped in lettuce instead of bread) was perfect for a lunch experience with my current goals.

Nasty lettuce and tomato, tasted spoiled. I had to take them off my sandwich. If I hadn't had a doctor's appointment, I'd have taken it back. Jimmy John's used to be a treat. Sorely disappointed.

Stood at the register for a few minutes before anyone said anything. The lettuce looked brown so I ordered a #5 no lettuce. I had to repeat my order to the girl with a nose ring 4 times for her to get it right. I got my Sami to go. Got a few miles down to road to see there was zero sauce on my sandwich and the bread was hard. Dry as can be. My receipt says Order Taker: Kristen. Kristen needs better listening skills or she shouldn't be at the register. Super disappointed. Shouldn't ask for a tip either.
