Thieves. Cancels orders and keeps the money, drivers don't deliver all of orders and it never gets corrected. I pray y'all go out of business soon

My girlfriend ordered from here and the meal was totally wrong. Customer service contacted us to only give a partial refund even though the drink was the only thing that was correct... Need new customer service reps because they hung up before we even finished speaking ?‍♀️

First of all, I want to thank Maurice for all of his help and his personal attention with regards to some issues I had with the app (totally my own fault). Secondly, the app is great, the selection of services and restaurants is unlike any other service, and the service from the delivery driver was also above and beyond. I highly recommend Kat’s.

we haven’t used Kats Delivery in a while, but they didn’t disappoint! the You Name It option for pick up is one of the best features I’ve seen in any of the local delivery companies. You Name It allows you to pick from different local Shelby County restaurants that may not offer delivery, only pick ups. Maurice made sure everything went smoothly with our order and delivery.10/10 would recommend! ????????

They are the worst. They didn’t deliver part of my order. I have messaged through their app and called. When someone finally called back two weeks after the first contact, he spent 5 minutes basically confirming that their app messaging doesn’t get messages to them and offered to give me a 50% refund….The item was $11. Idk if their delivery person ate it or the restaurant forgot it. Either way, I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get it resolved (note: it still isn’t resolved. I told them to keep the $11 and canceled my membership). The experience is very different from other delivery services in this area and not worth the hassle.Response to reply: I gave you additional time out of courtesy to you as a smaller company. These days there’s normally a button to click and that’s the end. I contacted you five separate times (2x by phone and 3x via the app) starting the morning after the order (the order wasn’t delivered until abt 9:30pm). Why would I hassle a different driver about an issue with billing or an order that they didn’t deliver?? I contacted you first though the only option you have on your app. (To clarify my first post, you said you aren’t seeing any of my messages. I know I sent them. Hence there’s an issue.) Yes I continued ordering because 1) I paid for the damn service and 2) you are a small business and I hoped you would eventually take care of it. Your customer service is terrible and your response to this review confirms that point. Like I said, you can keep the $11. Why would I agree half of what I’m owed from you? If you are hurting so badly financially you can’t refund your customers fully when you mess up (or even acknowledge it!) then please keep it. It does not take a 6 minute phone call after two Previous calls and three messages to resolve an issue this small. Your response was asinine, unprofessional and ridiculous. “Why did she keep using a service she already paid for”. The service is fine unless there’s a problem to solve and you are clearly not a problem solver. You tried to hustle me for $6. I truly hope the person I spoke to is not the owner bc if you are you need to hire people who know what they are doing. I will never give a company like yours (small, poor service) a second chance. I tried to show you some grace and look at how you behave. I just saw that you said it’s funny that I could Google and call today when your own customer service rep said he saw the notes from the last call. Your service is so poor issues can’t be resolved by the first person you speak to. Someone has to call you back. t’s funny to me that you are completely in the wrong and did not give me a product I paid for and you have the audacity to have an attitude about it. You have a good night.

Paid added the tip and got a delivery time. Our food arrived shortly after getting home and was exactly what we needed. So thank you Kat's for servicing our small town. Every time we use them fast delivery in less time than it would take me to go get it myself. Busy days at work everyone eats anything they want within surrounding areas. Drivers are always very nice.

Not sure why the company doesn't tip the people who make the food (they work for tips). So if you order from them you are making someone work for free to make your food. The drivers get tipped but the employees at the restaurant who did all of the work get nothing. Please look into fixing this problem as there are more and more people using your service. Thanks.EDIT: not sure about the rude response from this owner, my mother works in the medical field and I don't know anyone from Longhorns. I was referring to a different restaurant. No one is trying to shake you down, just trying to give feedback!
