Never have I ever been told at the window to go back around and get back in line because they were too busy to make my "large" (4 drinks) order that I ordered online before arriving to the store. Nothing special for 3 of the drinks...pink drink, strawberry lemonade refresher, and frozen strawberry lemonade refresher...seriously almost 30 min to make them.....what if I ordered 4 drinks at the speaker? Would you send me back around? I'll driver farther next time to go to a different one....

This will probably be the last time I stop at this location. Seems like every time I order the exact same thing (caramel ribbon crunch frapp) it tastes different. Out of 10 or more times stopping here, I have only gotten 1 that was made the way it is supposed to be made. I will just stop at the one inside Target thats in the same shopping center from now on. They have always made it exactly how its supposed to be made. It was just convenient to drive thru at this location but it is so not worth it!!

We stopped by here to get a quick pick-me-up on the way home from visiting some family. The staff did not want to honor one of the promotions that was going on, despite us showing them it should be valid. After arguing with them for a few minutes, my wife got her drink and I did not get one - I just went nearby to the McDonald's where I just got a Dr. Pepper instead. It was a very frustrating experience. My wife enjoyed her drink at least.

Always nice and usually move quickly, plus my coffee is always amazing.
I wanted to try the Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte and Apple Croissant that a few people raved about. For bakery items, I do pick my normal location in the App to see if available before I stop by. The apple croissant was not but I found it at this particular location. I placed my order inside with no long wait for the latte and the young lady repeated my order and I was good to go. Both the latte and croissant were awesome treats for the season.

Delicious coffee and food. They cook and make coffee fast. Clean and nice. I recommend latte, egg white spinach wrap, oatmeal, egg bites, and other stuff really good, too. Friendly staff.
