Very dirty. The drink station had soda spilled everywhere and it was really thick and almost dry so it was super sticky. Team members up front don't follow protocol for pickup orders. The food tasted like it had been under the heat lamps all day and just sloppily thrown together. Not good at all! This was my 1st experience with 1st shift and not impressed at all! 3rd shift is amazing complete opposite of 1st.
they get my order wrong LITERALLY every time i go down to this burger king, just make the extra 10 min drive to guntersville if you want burger king, the people here are too busy smoking pot and talking amongst themselves to care abt the food

The home delivery was bad, my bag was broken, the food was cold and it took more than 45 minutes for an order of $39.00, this service has to improve with bags that close well, use cup carriers and everything sealed where the food arrives in better condition and

They don’t get orders right, I ordered a bacon whopper melts and a fry with no drink and I saw on the screen that it was a different one and I told her if it was the bacon whopper Melts and she said yes then she charged me more than it was supposed to be and when she gave my order it was the wrong one and she said that the drink was for free but she charged me for it then I told her that the burger is wrong and she gave me a crispy sandwich and I told her it was “bacon whopper melts” that I order and she repeated what I said and she said she was going to get it and she took the crispy sandwich back then brought me a whopper burger and I asked for the money back and return the food but they denied to give my money back and said I was saying it wrong when she repeated the order I wanted. It was around 12:33 AM! BAD worker employee and manager!!Parking: Okay.

POOR poor poor service! Co-worker ignored customer while being polite.gave wrong order 5 times and was playing the victim saying customer didn’t explain order right. While customer explained more than 3 times what the order was. Customer asked for refund and co-worker and manager refused to do so. Manager made the co-worker leave just a buger to the customer and the employee just ignored the customer while saying “excuse me”, trying to get their attention. So I give albertville buger king a Poor review for how they treat their customers.
