(UPDATE) I am happy to share that the regional manager, Kayleigh ended up reaching out to me the next day and apologized for our last experience. She offered 2 free meals. I’ve never had a restaurant actually try to rectify poor experiences, so this was a great outcome. Thank you!!!
We had Mariah as a waitress at the Jefferson’s in Albertville. She was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! She was so personable, knew about the menu, and was very concerned with everything that occurred at our table as well as other customers she was serving. We will definitely be back and we will definitely request Mariah next time!Parking: Great parking
