Indeed I agree with one review it does look sketch when you first pull up, and it is pothole city so watch where you park. But don't let that steer you wrong! I will say this, the pork chops was fire! Cooked to perfection! The guys in there were quick and helpful and my wait was minimal! I definitely recommend!“
“Driving to Birmingham from Bradenton Florida can make a person stir crazy!!!!! So we decided to take a walk because our legs got a little restless......... we stumbled across this Zaxby’s. Well with Covid dining rooms are closed and you have to have a car to go to the drive-through. So I called, the first girl that answered the phone didn’t know I was looking at her through the window. She seemed a little shocked. She definitely didn’t want to take my order definitely didn’t know what to say to me. So she handed the phone to Brianna who took my order is a very nice young lady. She deserves some Recognition for her not being rude. I’m just not taking your order because we weren’t in the car. I had my nephew with us who I was pretty hungry and Brianna save the day! So thank you for having an employee like her! If I’m ever in this part of Alabama again we will stop again!!!!!!“
“I have ordered pizza from here and i knew thst it was great. Today I tried the new buffet which has been brought back. EVERYTHING was prepared freshly, the pizza variety was awesome, the pizza was hotttt and delicious. The service was excellent. The manager was serving because of lack of staff. It was refreshing to see management step in where needed with an awesome, and friendly attitude. I will definitely eat the buffet here again. It was a great value at 12.99 including drink and salad bar. The restaurant was clean, new looking flooring, bathrooms clean and decent. Overall great experience. Would recommend 10/10.“
“This location of Papa John’s is always super quick. Plus, the staff are extremely courteous. I love the online ordering interface from PJ so I can specialize the Pizza just like my 4 year old likes. He loves the thin crust with light sauce.“

“We were in Alex City from northern AL and dined in at the KFC. I ordered a 2-piece/2-side meal: 2 original chicken pieces and 2 coleslaws for my sides. I received 1 coleslaw and 1 mashed potato. When I informed the cashier, she gave me the 2nd coleslaw. This was the BEST KFC food I have ever eaten. There are a lot of poor reviews for this KFC location stating that the food was stale. If the store can better manage their production schedule and stop serving stale food, this would be a 10-star KFC!“
“Best place in Jacksonville Al to grab a quick delicious meal when I'm crunched for time or just don't feel like cooking. I recommend the Xtra bestest pepperoni pizza but the hit and ready is always great as well. Was a little disappointed when the prices went up but hasn't everything? so I guess they had to also. “Used to go here all the time with my Grandpa before he moved away. Legit one of the best places in Alex City, no joke. Sweet Tea is very consistent, Fries are always delicious, and the chicken is just pure nostalgia and the best I've ever had. My Grandpa used to get the Grilled Chicken tender combo, I always got the fried, we always enjoyed our fingers regardless of how it was cooked. Considering buying this location if they ever close down, no joke.
