Worst and I mean "the worst" employees and service ever. Ordered my food waited 21 minutes. Food come out and it was burnt. I told the guy on the speaker I wanted to speak with a manager and no one ever came out. They car hop practically tossed my food to me and walked off. Poor management?????? If I could have given 0 stars I would have. TOO BAD I PAID WITH A CARD AND LEFT A TIP BEFORE I GOT MY FOOD!!

While my food was fresh, the order was messed up. Nearly ever time I go there at night something is always wrong with my order and takes 2 times as long to come out. However when I go in the mornings with Brooke there, always correct and fast. She's the only reason I want to go there anymore. If I could rate people individually I would give Brooke 10 stars

Would give you no starts if I could.We stopped by there. Had 4 meals ordered only to receive THREE out four cups of soda with nothing but seltzer water instead of Sprite and two burgers didn’t have condiments we asked for. And worst part is - the staff never said they were out of items or soda offering alternatives; they instead just kept it quiet for us to discover all of it at home. I don’t appreciate being robbed and lied to. I’m not coming back to this location ever again.

I have been ordering the chx tenders for years and I can't help but notice the size of the tenders is shrinking?if that weren't bad enough I'm also noticing more breading than meat on a few tenders each time I order.Sadly this is happening throughout the entire food industry .. I understand the reason for all the shrinkage and smaller portions but it doesn't make it any better for all us consumers struggling to pay more for less!#stopinflation
