I ordered some food, and a cup of ice. At the window, they asked me to pull up, I said plz don't forget my cup of ice, and if you will I'd like a few packs of salt. Got down the rd and no salt, they INSTEAD POURED SALT ALL INTO MY CUP OF ICE, WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL AFTER I POURED IT INTO MY DRINK WHICH IT RUINED!!

I thought it was an evening problem, but my husband went to McDonald's about 5 minutes after they opened and sat in the drive-thru 8 minutes, and no one spoke to him. So he drove to the window and they ignored him. Then, someone else pulled into the drive-thru, and they took their order. So he drove back around, and they told him to hold on. Then they took his order. This has gotten ridiculous. Many people in the community have the same experience of driving up and no one taking their order even though there is no one else in front of them. Someone please notify the owner. This McDonald's has become a dump. A year ago we didn't have this problem.

Worst experience ever had a mobile order we waiting for 20 minutes only 1 car waiting to order he only got a drink. So in total we waited 40 minutes will never use this McDonald's

I ordered at the kiosk. I was dining in when you finish ordering it tells you to take a tent so that they know what number you’re order is when they bring it to your table not only do they not bring it to your table they don’t put it on a tray either. This isn’t my first negative experience here. Maybe just take the option off that says they’re going to bring you your food because they don’t and y’all can just go ahead and get rid of those tent numbers too because they mean nothing. Not to mention that they just stand behind the counter and act like they’re in high school every single time I come in unprofessional every single time. Maybe you guys could find some adults to work in there or just follow policy or get rid of that policy so that I’m not sitting there waiting for someone to bring me my food, just a thought ?

All I have to say is be better both of the cheese burgers I received looked like they had been put together by a 5yr old and it wasn't rush hour nor was there a bunch of people waiting for orders in fact i was the only person in the drive thru at the time just be better McDonald'
