The woman taking phone orders was surly and refused to give me a total because her register was ancient and didn't work that way. Get there for pick up and order wasn't ready ten minutes after she saidit would be. As I waited I noticed no kitchen staff washed their hands, wore gloves or had a hairnet. Second bite into my $13 muffuletta I pulled a long curly hair from between my teeth. I can only pray it was from somebody's head. I don't know: new owners? New employees/ no manager? No health inspections? Anyway, lost a 20 year local customer tonight. Don't think they'll be there much longer without some big changes.

The wings fall off the bone, the BBQ Muffalota will melt in your mouth, and the Italian Muffalota is the only sandwich that I will eat that has mayonnaise on it all the way with the olive mix, and don't forget the dill Pickle spears. Sorry, I was too hungry to take pictures. Maybe next time I'm here, next week lol...

First Class Pizza definitely lives up to it’s name, First Class!The Pizza is always delicious and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend calling your Order in ahead of time so it will be ready when you arrive, because it’s all cooked fresh and that understandably takes time. First Class Pizza has been a staple in the Wellborn Community for years and I hope it stays for many more years.

The service in the evenings has been slow. I ordered 2 sandwiches by phone and told it would take 25 minutes. Instead it was over 45 minutes. The people preparing the food seemed lost. The one saving grace is the food.
The dinning area needs to be updated. Overall great food and service!
