THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE(say they don’t have a phone but the number is on everything) They will mess up your order and want you to bring the FOOD back as if they will put it to the side to give to someone else. Because why would you want the food back?? NO OTHER RESTAURANTS DO THAT! Restaurant Oh and you have MUST have the receipt also. $19.23 for 10 wings, drink and a side . I had to dispute the charges with my bank because they would next my order.. I was on my way to work(night shift) so of course I’m in a hurry… Tried calling as soon as I noticed (NO ANSWER). Went the next day showed them a picture have my receipt and was told if I didn’t have the food they could not fix it! OKAY so I called my bank and disputed the charges so now they don’t get nothing!

I have been back 2 times since my first recent visit. BtJ Wings has no posted signs except for one on top of the building. Don't let this fool you, they have awesome food. My favorite is the fried mushrooms. The sauce for them makes a delicious combination. They have so many combinations of wings, shrimp cooked anyway you like, sandwiches. It's going to take so many trips to try everything. I have an awesome future with this food.

This place used to have THE best food. I was there on 7/23/23, I bought wings and fries and fries were small and hard, wings were extremely salty. I will NOT be buying here again! They need to close shop! Services are not what it used to be. They have a phone listed on their business site but they do not have a phone!

I just left BTJ WINGS. I ASKED FOR MY WINGS TO BE COOKED SOFT. My order was to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes. I live 5 minutes away. My wings are cooked too hard for me. My wings and fries were cold. Cold fries are not as good when you have to reheat.I tried to call them twice. No ANSWER. If I could I would give a bad review. I am so tempted to take this trash back to them.
Love the HONEY LEMON PEPPER WINGS ... could get them every day. Mu husband loves the hot honey lemon pepper wings.

This wing place is great and I think it's well worth the price. The wings taste great and have plenty of sauce on them also you will get plenty of fries if you get a meal. Overall this place was great and well worth the price so I recommend you come here if you are carving some wings.

I ordered wings and catfish with shrimp fried rice. I must say that was the worst fried rice I’ve ever tasted. If you want fried rice just stick to Chinese restaurants. The wings has to be the smallest wings in town (no lie) the catfish is NOT catfish. One thing about catfish it has a distinct taste and you know catfish when you eat it. The fries are good and the peach tea is good. The flavor of the wings are great but as I said they have the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. Everything was well prepared but the taste is just not it.

The best wings ive ever had. Would recommend the cajun flavor. I got all flats. Imagine the best cajun lobster butter on crispy juicy chicken wings. Im definitely coming back?

Rude and terrible customer service. I called the restaurant because my order was wrong. Someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I have called back several times and no one will answer. Now I have to drive 20 plus mins and then still wait for my order to be corrected. You have a business phone for customers to contact you. It should not matter if you do not take orders over the phone. It should not matter thats it is Super Bowl Sunday. Someone should always answer the phone for a business.
