Jacks is a 'homey' fast food place. The food is good, (fries are my favorite of all restaurants) and reasonably priced. Wish they had a value menuLove the loyalty program.
I was told to pull up to wait on a shake(1 car behind me the entire 10 minutes I waited while my other food was getting cold/ no shake came.. I backed up to the window/ the saleswoman looked at me but said nothing. No apology . I said no shake. I waited a long time again. When she handed it to me, I asked for my receipt to scan for rewards/points. She said, "No receipt laying here, Babe.". Very poor customer service!!!

This location was slammed both inside and at the drive through, they handled it with speed, professionalism and cool heads. Brooke on register was doing great, and the black gentleman manager (didn't catch his name) was going above and beyond to support customer requests as well as his team.
