I visited at Lunch, 11:20 AM so actually a little before the typical lunch crowd. In fact no one was in the dining room. I waited five minutes at the front counter to be waited on. I was told they was out of the Original Recipe Chicken Leg so I got an extra thigh. No big deal but they apparently wasn’t cooking any chicken because customers behind me were told they was COMPLETELY out of original chicken. I think Management needs to step up their game.

My husband and I visited the location on Quintard Ave. Anniston, Ala. it was about 4:40 pm had just left Dr. Appointment. We had a very simple order , 2 - two piece with one side . Both was to have a thigh and a leg with Mac and cheese as the side order. I repeated the order 3 times to the person because he kept asking to repeat. We paid almost 14.00 for the meals. Got home which we live about 20 min from this location . Our order was completely wrong. We both had 2 very small hard drumsticks and cold slaw instead of Mac and cheese. I tried to call back to tell them of the order but no one ever answered the phone. I called several times but got no answer. This type of service is unacceptable. The chicken was hard and on one of the legs half of the meat was missing , you could see the whole bone. I will not be frequenting this location again and it is the only one in our city. I was highly disappointed all the way around. Better service and training is needed or we have to start checking our boxes at the window before we drive off .

Didn't get any food so I can't comment on that but I can comment on the service. I pulled up at drive through and was greeted by a very nice young man's voice. I said to him that I would like the 12.99 bucket meal with some chicken tenders. Suddenly this rude female voice comes on and very harshly says so you want the special. I said no. Then she said you said I only wanted dark meat. I said no. I want the 12.99 bucket with chicken tenders. She said it's extra and that it would take 20 to 25 min. I said fantastic. Then she said again so you said you only want dark meat. At that time I was a bit frustrated and told her thank you but I no longer wanted to order anything. I will no longer pick up any food from that location.

I waited almost 10 min before the girl took my order. Yes, she knew I was there. There was no one ahead of me. Was told it would be about 12 min on chicken tenders. When they were ready, she wasn't. So, so and so on. All of the fast food restaurants are ridiculous today. They don't have workers who care about anything except collecting their paycheck. It's uncommon to find one who is SERVING YOU. I'm so disappointed in all of these places.
It was Soo good. They were super polite and very fast and a coupon that I had from the mail saved me almost 20 dollars on a family dinner. Can't beat that!

If you order online better call ahead first to make sure they have chicken cooked. I've had to wait over 45min on the last two online orders I've placed.

We asked the the Cook / cashier to give us a bucket all legs but she acted like she did not hear us and she gave us all the parts that are left in the warmer to make it faster and easier on them .. It was so mean and ridiculous to Act like you did not hear the request ?.. Paying $41 for such service is a joke .. This place need real people of service .. Too sad that few are there that take pride. And be grateful while working !!
Food was hit and fresh, but the customer service is horrible. Did not feel welcomed. Will not be back, and do not recommend.
