The Lenlock Krystals abd workers are AWESOME. I get to visit every 2 months. They are nice people! Like all Krystals, the cheese and onions are in the bottom of the box and never hot, but that's a Krystal thing! I will see them again in May! Bless them all for their kindness!

They were short-staffed today so the wait was a little bit long especially since we got there at lunch time. Once we got our food we found that it was not soggy buns and they were worth the wait. Everything perfect good place for a quick snack.

They changed management, and its amazing. The staff is super kind, quick, and very understanding. Their turnaround time was pretty much non-existent. We pulled up, paid, and as I was putting my wallet back up - they were handing us the order. In the past, I've been told I can't add things at the window or told to pull up only to he forgotten about. Not with this new team. They are so chill, and I definitely won't be having second thoughts about heading their way for a quick bite.

Unfortunately it was cash only but the lady inside thought about the mobile app and I was able to make order and use credit card for payment. Super nice female staff. Wish there was still a krystals closer to Oxford to go to.
There’s a light skin with bleach blonde tips on his hair that works drive thru! He’s absolutely easily the sweetest person I’ve ever met! I wish I got his name! He was so polite and had a smile and cheery voice the whole time! I wish I could’ve talked to him longer! The food is also always fresh, don’t expect to be able to get your food and run though. I’d pick quality over time! Never have I had an order wrong. So mystery man in the Drive Thru thank you for making my day! I wish you luck on your Friday and Sunday shift and have fun on your Saturday off!

Ordered the pic 5. The 3 Krystals with no mustard are covered in salt like taste and basically not eatable. The chili pups bun was hard to the touch, and so was the unmelted cheese....the pup itself was the same temperature as it is outside right now....the fries were good n hot cause I had to wait 5 mins for those.
Food is cooked to order and always fresh and hot. Definitely don't expect to pull in in a hurry and get your food. The food is expensive.

Just me? Every time I pass a Krystals I have to eat. I've never really ate horrible Krystals. Yeah the wait kills me, when I get that sack full my heart it's full of joy knowing imma about to smash 10 off the rip.
