1st visit in ages. Prices have changed, higher. Decor hasn't. I like it though. Like stepping back. Staff were super nice, courteous and helpful. Hushpuppies could use some flavor. Maybe try making tartar sauce in-house. Fish and rest, cooked superbly.

Staff was very unprofessional when a customer came in and was talking with some colorful and inappropriate language, luckily no other customers were in during their back and forth conversation. It was just foul and funny at the same time. Again, the service and staff were good.

It was closed!!! Open sign on and people inside. I drove 2 hours to get there. No explanation of why they were closed.

Employees just sit inside with the doors locked. We've attempted to eat here numerous times during posted business hours. The doors are locked with numerous employee vehicles in the parking lot and the lights on with open signs posted. The owners should make sure their employees are actually working and not just riding the clock with locked restaurant doors.
