Very bad experience. Not only my fries were soggy and tasting like old cooking oil and definitely not the expected McD standards, but my chicken nuggets order was missing. Too bad I only checked that later when I stopped to eat lunch after a meeting I was rushing too.

The store was very clean. However my food was made all wrong and was cold. They were no customers and I had to pull forward and wait on my food that was wrong. And when my wife used the bathroom all the employees watched her like they were theft protection at Walmart.

I was there at the McDonald's at 3424 Greenbrier dear roadAn employee that worked at McDonald's came from the inside from using the bathroom stall was inside the use the bathroom flush the toilet and came out the stall did not wash your hands went behind the counter she was off the clock and admitted that yes she used the bathroom and did not wash her hands but she was trying justify that she was not touching nobody food I brought this issue to the supervisor and he said to me ma'am I can't make her wash her hands she need to be fired and he does too.She shouldn't have not been behind the counter if she was off the clock.That's very nasty and disgustingFor a co-worker or anyone else to come out the bathroom and not wash their hands and for the supervisor to not do anythingI don't advise anybody to eat there...

Drive through early in the morning right on time...the lady is very nice drank and food
NOT OPEN 24 HOURSWent at 11:50 pm and the drive thru and building were closed. Hours on door clearly marked drive thru open 24 hours but it was blocked off and the doors were locked. No one was inside but lights were on.

For some odd reason the line wasn't moving fast like it normally does. I stood in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I got waited on.
