That was the 2nd time they didn't have soda in the past week.

Tonight I visited this location near home. Placed my order inside for meal deal 7 ( 2 cheeseburgers french fried taters and no drink) asked to have my meal cooked to order fresh with mustard onions only. A meal was presented to me not cooked to order. I sent the entire sack for a re do. A member of cook staff started with attitude. At that moment a manager came to my rescue. I promised the manager HEATHER a 5 star google reviews. Thanks TO HEATHER for her attention to professional customer service.Dietary restrictions: Onions and mustard only. Type 2 diabetes.

Did a mobile order 30 minutes away from here and it sent us here. Get to the curbside pickup and it won’t pull up the order so we go through the drive thru and get told the order was placed over an hour ago and pretty much there was nothing they could do about it not showing up. We asked to speak to a manager and get half of our food and go back for the rest and still didn’t even get all of it.

2/11/24 I really do believe the food we ate is the same food that they gave to the table next to us. When I told her she did take the food back from them and all she took off the tray was the fries that I saw. When I looked at the time she brought it back and the grill slip all they did was waited a few minutes to bring us the food. I know I will not be returning here, thanks McDonald's in lenlock

I would like to say the night shift staff are always kind and helpful. On 1/14/2024 we went at 11 pm to get two Bacon Quater Pounders with no onions and hot chocolate before heading back to Gadsden. We were going to check our bags, but we waited in line, for over 20 minutes and we were so tired. Not sure if they were short-staffed. When we did place our order and got home, I looked at the food and saw there was no bacon on both burgers I called the McDonalds and talked to a woman who asked when we were coming back to town, and I told her Tuesday. She said they could make the meal or give us a refund. We just wanted a refund for the bacon part since bacon costs a few dollars extra. We went to McDonald's today and were told they could only remake the burgers and no refund for anything. We were very upset about this and will not be coming back there. We called the corporate office already, they said they would reach out to the owner. We also are going to get ahold of the BBB since this is not the first time, I had issues with the management there. Years ago, my family and I witnessed the manager fussing at an employee right in front of many customers. It ticked us off to where we left without finishing our meals. Not sure if it is new management now or not, but the manager now is just as bad if they won't fix all these mistakes and try to stop the bad reviews.

Today at mcdonald's the lady's had a bad attitude and very rude the lady that was at the first window was so nice but when I pulled up to the second window to get my food the lady with the tattoos was so rude omg and it was another white lady that was bringing everyone they food outside cause we had to wait she had a bad attitude as well they wasn't nice at all today and they always messing up your order and the food don't taste good at all I dont know what they doing but they need to get it together

District and regional managers need to seriously consider making changes to this restaurant ASAP the food is always cold or maybe warm And there’s no such thing as Cooked to order at this restaurant NO! It does not exist. Even if a customer ask still the food will be cold and taste as if the food has set out all morning, or evening, also there’s always something dysfunction about either their ice cream machine or drink machine or either They’re always out of products that keep this business functioning. If I could show a picture of my supposedly cooked to order food, it’ll show just how awful this restaurant service is as well the Quality of the food. If I was grading this restaurant and doing a guest shopping experience for food and overall experience/service this restaurant would completely fail across the board.A change at this McDonald is desperately needed. District and regional managers or perhaps whomever is the franchise owner MAKE CHANGES TO THIS RESTAURANT ASAP! The overall experience of this fast food restaurant is in need badly from the Quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant the way the food is being prepared as well the cleanliness of the employees, and customer service.
