The ingredients don’t look fresh at all, the sub maker didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and this is the second time I’ve entered my local subway and been less than satisfied with my customer service. The old staff before the virus was friendly and inviting. I will more than likely be taking my business to another subway site.

Went to this location on Monday, September 21st and it was by far the best experience! The manager was amazingly sweet not only to us but she was very helpful to her employee who had only been there for 4 days so she was still learning. I love seeing managers actually doing what they are suppose to do. I will definitely be visiting this location again.

TERRIBLE. Service was tHE WORST. Ordered my sandwich very quick and got attitude when i asked a simple question and then cashier continued to count every single dollar and every single cent right in front of me for about 7 minutes and when she was done didn't even say sorry for the wait. I did not even receive a hello. I love subway but this was the worst subway i've even been to. I've never written a bad review in my life but this was ridiculous.

Not happy with the service I received at this establishment tonight. The girl fixing my sandwich didn't even know how to properly heat and toast it right. Then got rude when I tried to tell her how it was don't. I eat Subway all the time, therefore I know how it's done. I don't think I'll visit this location again.

I'm an employee and the management is horrible they take you off the schedule then get smart and say they don't have to give you a reason for why they take you off the schedule then the kitchen area is filthy they have roaches , flies , and maggots crawling around on the bread and instead of throwing it out they continue to use it they have rude workers as well as managers the place is just very unorganized

The poor girl working here needs another person to help her run this store! She provides great customer service but she is but one human, the store is way too busy to be run by one person.
It's way better than before. The greeting and atmosphere is better. The employees have been pleasant.

Walked in at 10:45, 15 minutes before closing. One guy working, making his own sandwich, literally stands there looking at us for 5 minutes & then says "we actually quit serving 10 minutes before close." That makes zero sense. Terrible service.
