We got in drove thru,ordered and was ask to pull up. We did 15 minutes later a lady brings us our order fries ice cold, I ask what took so long and was told they forgot us, they pulled ever car up that ordered thru drive thru, 5 or 6 cars at a time..I ask for my money back but was informed they didn't do that. I told her as long as I waited I wanted hot fries not ice cold fries, hamburgers was cold!!!!! Won't be back

Wendy's in Anniston AL on quintard needs help they are very rude our food was burnt and nasty and the restaurant itself needs a good cleaning and both restrooms looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks and stunk bad praying for you all cause I promise none of us will be back there to eat ?????????

Last time I EVER go to this Wendy's. Ordered chicken apple pecan salad....no pecans and the chicken was rubbery. Other things wrong. Just bad all the way around.

Had a few bad situations concerning the apple pecan salad with things being missing or chicken not fresh... I called and talked to the store manager and she was very nice and professional. She went over and beyond to apologize and fix what others had done wrong concerning the salads.

I enjoy Wendy’s and their products, but this location needs work. The lobby was filthy. Both times we ordered burgers they came smooshed, oozing condiments, with an off taste to them. And when we used the drive through the employee was preoccupied with conversing with another employee she got our order half wrong. The employees were nice enough but this place needs work.
Dont back their online discounts...not the Friendliest folks ...I wont ever go back unless new Manager because they got such a nonchalant attitude..with all due respect...the place looks dirty and run down...just being Honest!

Waited a very long time in the drive through. About 4 cars gave up and left, got up to the order box and tried to order, the person on there didn't know if they had what i asked for and yelled to the other workers asking, didn't come back and kept talking to others(headset was on the whole time). I gave up and left.

Horrible! Ordered an apple pecan salad, had to ask for pecans which is fine but also had a 4 for 4 order, no sauce given for nuggets that was asked for. Was not given the drink it comes with and when I informed them they acted like I was just trying to get something free and gave me a kids coke... and then I say I hadn't gotten my frosty yet and she said ughhh ok what kind also treating me like I was trying to get something free. I had paid already and she was the only one dealing with the order so I really don't understand why she was lost or acting like that. I kind of understand why every other restaurant around had cars lined up to the street and they only had 3 cars (mine included). I won't make the mistake of going there again!
