Burgers were cold and fries were old or cooked in old grease,I ordered no onions and it was contaminated with onions. Not as bad as Addison jacks they do have food ,they just don't know how to cook

Stopped and ordered a nornal Bacon Ranch combo. Got on the interstate and there no bacon. So we called the Jacks restaurant and ask for refund (just on the sandwich) and they said no. They hung up and BLOCKED our number so we couldn't call back. BAD BUSINESS JACK'S!!!

i was pleasantly surprised with the jacks in ashville. i’ve had bad experiences at the one in pell city so it tampered my views on jacks, however everything in ashville was fresh and hot as well as seasoned to perfection. morning crew on February 20th, 2024 were working very hard and had excellent customer service. I can see myself eating here frequently.
