Met my son here for dinner. Loved the atmosphere and extremely friendly service. It was great to see people of all ages in one place enjoying themselves. Pizza was great. Coffee afterwards was nice as well. Hoping this brings lots of people and more businesses to Ashville.

It was our first time there after learning about them in a local magazine and we were excited to try it. The atmosphere was great but it took an hour and forty minutes for our pizza to come out. It seemed to be happening to everyone and in some cases pizzas were being brought out for customers who arrived later than those waiting the longest. The part that frustrated us was when my wife asked for a side of ranch dressing and the waitress told us they were fifty cents each. Hopefully they get the food prep piece done and have a better focus on their patrons.

Great to have another option for food and drinks in Ashville. Decent craft beer selection and good food. Wife loves books and I love beer, so its a perfect combination. Hope this place gets the love and support it deserves from our community to keep the doors open. Will be bringing my friends here for sure. Nice to have a place like this without driving to Gadsden or Trussville.

Love, love , love this place!! This is one of the most beautiful, relaxed places I’ve been. The three mini cheese balls & crackers were so good. The pizza was fresh out of the pizza oven and delicious!! The pecan bars are yummy!! Everyone was very friendly and came back to see if we needed refills on our drinks several times. Im sure we will be regulars at Lala’S!!

Wow! Lala’s is amazing! I cannot wait to make it a regular stop with family and friends. The atmosphere is amazing, the food was wonderful and got to us QUICK, and the service was great. Our pizza was out before I was even finished browsing the books…two of which I brought home with me for much less than I would have spent at the bookstore - from an atmosphere that was a million times better. I will be back again and again…what an amazing opportunity for Ashville. If you don’t live nearby, it will be worth your drive. Hit up Farm Wife and Co, House of Hope Thrift, and the other local businesses while you’re there and make a day of it. The most excited I’ve been about a restaurant in a long time! Well done everyone.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. The decor was very well done. They have a large selection of wines as well as a few good beers on tap. You order at the bar, they bring your food to your table. They need to come around to ask if you want another drink. I would have had another but I didn't want to have to leave my table to order it. The pepperoni pizza was good, the Buffalo chicken dip was very good. Nice little place to relax and have a drink and a small meal. Very clean and neat establishment.
What a cool, warm, friendly local place built with love by a local family focused on building an environment where everyone is welcome. I'll come here any time I'm in town!

Walking into here I loved the decor and the vibe! However service and food needs work. I stood in line to order my food at the counter for 18 mins that was with 4 people in front of me. I was holding my daughter in my arms the entire time waiting to order. By the time I ordered the line was backed up almost to the door. And then while waiting to order parties we’re coming in and having one person wait in line while the others then got a table. I couldn’t do that since I was just one person with my 2 year old daughter and thank goodness someone left just as I was done placing my order. Food needs work! Pizza tasted like frozen dough. I hope the service and the food improves.

I’m conflicted. They have a great selection of wine, and books. The issue is the food. As soon as the pizza hit the table we knew it was frozen. As far as frozen pizzas go it was fine, but it was frozen. I really hope they start to make the pizzas from scratch. I only tried the pizza so maybe the other food is good idk. There should also be some music playing. The building is beautiful, and the plates were really pretty too! It definitely has really good potential. For now i’ll be back for wine and books.
