There's nothing to brag about. but the service from the waitress was excellent we got our appetizers and salad out first and before we could even start them the kitchen was bringing out the rest of our food. But we didn't complain and the my wife was fixing to go ahead and eat her steak and garlic mash potatoes she took a bite and looked at me and said your not gonna be happy about them as they were not even hot and then proceed to take bite of her steak and it wasn't even luke warm so I askesd for the waitress and told her that the food was cold and even touched my wifes steak so i asked for the manager 20 minutes whent by and he finally comes to our table and told us he was informed of the situation and his way of solving the problem was to reheat the food that the waitress touched my reply to him was I can't even belive your offering to do that then he asked what would you like me to do so I just told him to recook our meal and put it in a to go box and we waited another 25 minutes and still no food so I told the waitress just to take the meal off and we will pay for our drinks and appetizers and the we left without eating our meal

At a time when most food Industries have dropped the ball and don’t mind to send out poor quality food and at the same time charging a Fortune. I have to Applaud apple bees for sending out great food with great customer service. Trust me when I say you all are rare. 5 stars

The chicken was over cooked. Our waitress could not multitask. It took forever to get our drink order. Refills took forever. We were put in a booth(6 adults)very uncomfortable.We were declined a bigger table but another group later was given 2 tables pushed together .

Came in today to Celebrate my son's 22nd Birthday and like always The people here at Athens Applebee's Didn't Disappoint!!Chastity was our Server and She took care of my Son and I quickly and very warmly. The Cook did a fantastic job on Cooking the Steaks and actually knew What Medium Steak was .The Only Complaint I have would be the Bar area and the Cussing of a few Customers at the Bar . It's a Family Restaurant and the Bar tending people should have Said something to them .

Man…. Me and my boyfriend came here because he just randomly had a craving for Applebees after not eating there for 15 years…Well we walk in and they are on a wait, but half the restaurant is completely empty. The hostess informs us that they only have 3 servers, okay fine I get that.. We get seated about 10 minutes later and our waitress comes right over, okay… great!!!As our meal went on the service kind of declined. We waited for over 15 minutes for my boyfriend’s tea refill… They really need to staff their restaurant better. I didn’t even see a manager on duty! Awful.Moral of the story… it still sucks.
Ate lunch there today, we often do. Food was great, waiter was great. A customer got a phone call, put on speaker(so rude), talked the entire time we were there. Ruined lunch for us and others. Their waiter and manager should have said something.

I usually have good things to say but this place was a absolute disappointment. Sat at the bar to basically be ignored. I did get a drink which was good but was definitely disregarded after that. Ask the bartender could i order before she went to change beer or whatever and she took the person next to me order and then proceeded to take orders of new people who walk in the door. I understand being busy but if your that busy u might need more then one person behind the bar. Not to mention i had to physically get up and ask for my tab. Do better Tori! Would rate the food but once again i was never offered to get any!
