Only 1 server working the tables and other staff were pretending to work while flirting with boys rather than seating us. Service was not great because our waitress had no help. When other servers came on the floor, service did not improve. Food was overpriced but decent.

Today is March 11 2024. I have been trying to use my BWW Gift card I received for Christmas..I've been here several times and the experience is literally thr same every visit. Tonight I've been literally sitting here for 25 Minutes and ALTHOUGH SEVERAL EMPLOYEES HAVE WALKED IN MY AREA I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN!!! Business MUST BE BOOMING!!! Once again i just got up and walked out. I CONTEMPLATED GIVING MY GIFT CARD AWAY BUT I WOULDN'T WISH THIS EXPERIENCE.ON ANYONE ELSE:(

When we first arrived we waited at the door for quite a while, finally a young lady asked of we wanted to sit. The place was fairly empty except the bar. A waitress came and said she was doubling as the bar tender and asked if we could bare with her. She was super awesome though. Great service on her part to be able to handle that but very unnecessary for a place of business to make that have to be the case. She was the real winner in that situation. I understand today's workforce is a mess but she needed assistance and took on the challenge with no option. Kudos to her.

When I ordered my food I had to wait almost 30 minutes and had to ask twice about to see if my order had even gone through. Finally got my food and it was pretty good but when I asked for my receipt it said $22 for 10 traditional wings with a side of tater tots and $4 for a medium sweet tea, yes you read that right $22 for just that amount of food. But then the waitress says she misprinted and charged me $30 for my meal. I didn't notice what she had done until I got out to the car. Definitely wont be eating here again.

got here and we ordered our food and drinks. our drinks came out quick but our food.. no. we ordered 6 wings each with a side of fries, it was very packed when we arrived but we expected the wait would be a little while and that was understandable but we waited about an hour and still yet our food had not arrived so we ended up leaving with already having paid our drinks.

I was traveling for work and placed an order for pickup from the App. Just after placing the order, I was called to do a task and was 30 minutes late picking up the order. They placed it in a warming "box" which helped keep the wings and onion rings fresh. Kudos for that!

Asked for a drink after thirty minutes of waiting, they tell me they're out of what I asked for. Server was great. But I feel like the bartender didn't like her or something.
A bunch of open tables no one waiting and took them 30 mins to sit us. Bartender couldn't make a simple mixed drink had to ask the barback to remake them which she actually did a better job at making our drinks. When paying the bill they tried charging us for 5 of the drinks even tho we didnt drink the first round and the manager reluctantly came to take off the extra but failed to even acknowledge me or give me the check had to wait 3 extra minutes for the bar tender to give me my check. The only reason this place isn't getting 1 star is because the server (Tessa) and the bar back actually saved the experience enough to not give it that low of a rating
Sat at the bar and had a great meal. Shift change occurred shortly after I sat and both bartenders were very friendly and attentive! Ordered an app and wings. Food was delicious and served hot & beers were ice cold. As someone who spends most of their life on the road, I can always count on BWW for a great time. I strategically park within a walk/ride share of one whenever possible. It’s my one constant in this uncertain world ✌️Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lower counter at the bar and there was a guest in a wheelchair who pulled up and ate and drank seemingly without issue
