We’ve been to so many different chick fil as and it is amazing how every single one has such a happy and upbeat environment with exceptional service and great tasting food. Everyone at this location was especially sweet. Will definitely be going back.

I was really disappointed when I got home to eat my cobb salad....no salad dressing! I didn't want to drive all the way back to get it so, out of luck....guess I'll have to start checking my order before I leave the drivethru!!

I stopped at Chick-fil-A in Athens today around 4:30 pm. I ordered two meals: spicy cool wraps with a large fries, one Sunjoy with sweet tea, and one with unsweetened tea. Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong. Instead of what I ordered, I received two southwest veggie wraps, one large fries, and one medium that was barely full. I had repeated my order twice, yet I ended up with Southwest veggie wraps instead of the spicy ones I requested. I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t.

Drive thru, so you know the atmosphere was the best ever! I mean, who can complain about being served in the luxury of their own car!The staff was friendly and courteous as always.Used my cfa app, got a free brownie and a diet lemonaid. YummY, as usual ?
Had to go inside to order, it never fails to astound me that an order can't be taken correctly, items are forgotten or the order is completely wrong. I love having to go to the counter 3 times to get what I paid for....

If I could rate 100% I would 5 stars is just an understatement and I'm always amazed on the beautiful, kind and respectful young adults who take pride in their service to such a great company.... The food point on but the atmosphere I think out does the food by far!!!! We are always happy visiting and doubly happy leaving... Well worth it!

Pricey for chicken nuggets when out of the 12 "nuggets", 5 of them where mostly/all batter and no chicken! Not good when you are splitting between 2 kids!
