The manager I spoke with tonight was incredibly rude & condescending. I ordered via the app. I got a two piece dinner. I paid extra to get the thigh & breast. Got home, a a wing and thigh. Biscuit was flat & hard. The food was cold. I got breakfast yesterday. The deluxe with bacon. Got home, no biscuit for my gravy & hard grits, the bacon looked like someone crushed it in their hand and sprinkled it in my plate. Yall are TRIPPIN & need to figure out how to do your jobs.

My order was not right at the window. Thought they fixed it. Got home, was still wrong, missing items, which wasn't the problem in the first place. Tried to call multiple times but it wouldn't go through.Went again, ordered large fries, umm.. kinda skimping on them.

The service was warm and friendly like the food. Honestly, the service was the best part of our visit. I appreciate the hospitality, especially on Christmas Eve when so many places have sour faces. It was the only time I got to spend with my daughter and grandkids on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. So, I thank the staff for being friendly and prompt with their service.
Always friendly service, but my nuggets were on the cooler side. Wife's burger was great and frie were hot!
