10/12/2023 went by around 5:15 placed and order they didn’t have original chicken available so I got the extra crispy 2 sides got on the other side of town I found there was only 1side and the biscuit wasn’t cooked all the way callled back to tell them and the guy who answered the phone told me to come back and bring the receipt. I told him I did not have one. He said I should have, and without one, and nothing he could do for me, but the lady who gave me my order was not the lady who took the order seems like every time I go, there is a problem I keep trying to get them chances yes it’ll be a while before I go back again maybe after the new year will get better

Sooo I placed a order and had called to ask if they could switch something for me and was told they had nothing only coleslaw and 4 pieces of chicken …it was 7 at night….im a dasher as well and this has happened on a few occasions with me delivering …think it’s time they get their crap together or close down! Almost every time I go they are out of something or they close at 6 and 7 at night!

I went through the drive thru and orderd 2 chicken pot pies and 2- 8 piece chicken nuggets in Athen Alabama 7/2/2023 @5:22 pm and both of the chicken pot pie were burnt up and the nuggets were hard as a rock. $19.58 throwed in the garbage. Y'all should be ashamed... the only reason I gave them 1 star was because I had to give them 1... I would love to put a picture of the chicken pot pies on here but it won't let me. I think Iwill post them on their Facebook page!

I love KFC, but this place is just a shame. The facility is definitely run down and has not been updated nor deep cleaned in years and it shows. The staff was extremely nice though. The chicken was either overcooked or left in the heating window for too long of a time and it was just too dried out to eat. Also, the darker than normal color of the chicken indicates they don't clean or replace the frying oil regularly. Don't even bother with this place folks, seriously go to Popeye's or Bojangles which are close by.

The staff was very friendly. Our order was correct and everything was hot and fresh. Only problem was I wanted a chicken sandwich but they had ran out of buns so I got the chicken littles instead. Not too big of a deal. The chicken littles are good also.
Don't expect to get your food correctly or in a timely manner. The look of the place is just horrible. Don't recommend if you are pressed on time.

So, I get there at 8:24. Internet says they close at 9, so I assumed they were open. Was gonna go inside, doors locked. No big deal. Went to the drive thru (no one was there in line or at the window.) Lady said, "I'll be with you a minute." Okay, no big deal. I said hello multiple times for over 10 minutes. NOTHING. So, I pull up to the window and everyone is in the office. They just stared at us. I mean, if you didn't want to take our order, you could've just said you were closed. Instead of wasting my time.
