This Chinese Restaurant serves excellent American Chinese Food. It's not too greasy, but very tasty and great flavor. The staff is extremely friendly, demonstrating high propriety and very accommodating. It was nice being able to see a picture of the entrées prior to ordering. I will be back again !

I haven’t had Chinese food this flavorful since I moved from Pennsylvania. Living in GA yields a good place here or there, but when I swing by the visit my brother I make the extra 30 mile drive just to have lunch here. The food is always on point.

Take-out service is surprisingly fast without sacrificing quality. We ordered an array of dishes and everything was very tasty, better than any other chinese food I've had in the area. The price is very modest compared to the care put into every item; for under $50 we had enough to feed a family of 4 for at least 2 meals. Will definitely be ordering from them regularly from now on.

Athens has a GOOD Chinese restaurant again. New China has all the standard dishes, done well (my current favorite is beef with garlic sauce.) The service is good, and their speed is as well. We normally do carry-out, but they have rather Spartan dine-in facilities available,too. If you have a yen for Chinese, give New China a try.

Yesterday I placed an order online. It was fast and easy. My order was done at the time. I was supposed to pick up. It was hot and it smelled delicious. I ordered a combination platter pepper steak, choice of fried rice or lo mein, I got the lo mein it also came with a egg roll. I wanted fried rice, so I also ordered a pint of fried rice, because I wanted both. It was $11.63. I ordered so much because I wasn't sure about serving size. Im a girl who likes to eat. I was happy about the serving size. The food was delicious I had enough food to eat yesterday, today, and tomorrow. It's great leftover also.
Great fast service good quantity had shrimp with lobster sauce and sesame chicken. Can't go wrong with this place

I love the fried rice, seasoned prefect. The chicken and broccoli is savory. My kids love the General Tso Chicken and so do I.

Not friendly at all, not so much as a smile...it's not really what I would consider authentic, the rice is yellow (more like Mexican rice than chinese fried rice) the food all tastes breaded and deep fried. That's not good when you are ordering something like beef and a veggie, just chewy, poor quality meat/preparation. They're affordable at least, but as the old saying goes... you get what you pay for, not something you can warm up later and finish off, I barely choked down the first serving. Will not be returning, if this sounds like what you have a taste for, by all means this is the place for you!!!
