Maybe if you are sold out of half the menu, you should close for the night. No one even acknowledged us or tried to help us with the self register. Made me feel like the staff should pay me to serve myself.

The service is very good. Staff is very helpful in friendly. Very nice and their food is good. It's quick and easy, but also it's doesn't taste like fast food. It has a very good taste tip. Kind of like a home paste and I think that it's an very nice place to go. Eat and you can get a quick order to go or you can dine in and the atmosphere really nice and isn't laid back

They left me in the restaurant ALONE. No workers, just me. One minute it was me, another customer and a couple of employees. The next minute- Rapture. I even ordered from their kiosk before I realized the workers were not there . See video. (This is one of many horrible experiences at this location)

Will never go to this location, rude customer service and the night manager I believe Sarah or Nikki is the name needs to be fired for rudeness and disregard for customer concerns. You never side with a bad employee, haven't yall ever heard the customer is always right.
Blatantly racist working staff.. horrible attitude and unbelievably entitled. Do not give this place your money. The worker's respond to criticism by replying "Happy black history month" then laugh in your face and tell you to leave if you don't like the service.

Panera is a morning go-to!I love this location in particular because of how friendly the staff is. They always seem so happy and it makes me happy. Also the food is always prepared delicious and fresh!The restaurant is always super clean also!

Great Panera location!! Super friendly employees and cozy dining area. They are super great about fixing anything that may be wrong with your order and being kind about it. Their cinnamon crunch bagels are SO good, as well as everything else they serve. Lots of parking and a nice outdoor seating area available!I love how warm and welcoming this Panera is and can't wait to come back.

Really delicious French onion soup. Usually love their bread, but it was a bit on the tough side today and difficult to chew. Very friendly counter employees.Parking: Not a lot of spaces to park, but have never seen it so busy I couldn’t find a spot.
