Got a smoothie early this afternoon. The clerk was nice , specifically asked for my name as I had a mobile order , I was the only person in the store at the time. and they managed to hand me someone else’s order and I didn’t even notice until 3 hrs later. Not mad, just wanted it to be noted. I called when I discovered but no one answered and there was no voicemail. Hopefully when the uber eats person showed up for the drink, they noticed and got the right drink made.
At one point, I was visiting SK every morning. I no longer have to pass by SK to get to work so I do not go every morning, but I do still try to visit 2-3 times/week. Lately, I have not seen my favorite employee. She was always so sweet and kind, greeted me with a smile, seemed genuinely interested in my morning/day, and would even ask about my school year (as I am a teacher).
