Waited 25 minutes for someone to even take our order, then they had to send someone out to our car because the speaker didn't workand they couldn't hear. Once we ordered 2 drinks (that's it, just drinks, no food) we waited another 15 minutes for our order. Meanwhile, several cars came and went and got their orders that they ordered after us. We left without ever receiving our order. This is the absolute worst sonic with the worst management I have ever seen. My advice? If you want sonic, go to any other sonic but this one. If this had been the first time something similar to this had happened, that would be one thing, but every time we've come here, something similar happens. We definitely won't be back to this sonic, ever.

This location has the worst service of any Sonic I have ever been to. At 9:30 we pulled in and were told it was drive thru only. There was only one truck at the window. My friend literally ended up honking the horn not once and still waited but twice before they decided to take our order. It took 30 minutes just to get a grape slush and a shake.

I am a sonic lover and the food service employees at this location have never given me any problems. Now the food its self has. I got a corn dog which is super burnt and a chili cheese tot with something as hard as a rock in it. I went through the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking the bag till I got home. I then decided to try and call the store to get this fixed. They will NOT answer the phone. They also didn’t provide me with a receipt.

This is quite possibly the worst place to try to get food in the entire northern hemisphere. You'd have better luck at a Little Caesars dumpster. Girl in the window is TWEAKING. The entire place is nasty and run down. Staff are rude. Usually takes 20-30 minutes to get your food, and it's hardly ever right. Should just be bought out or closed down at this point. The owners have failed miserably. This was one of my favorite spots when I was a kid, sad to see what it's become.
