Loved trying the Chopped Cheeseburger with Lay's Potato Chips, Diet Dr. Pepper, & New York Style Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping for my taste of my experience & it was all good & my brother tried the Double Chopped Cheeseburger with Lay's Potato Chips, Fanta Orange, & Death By Chocolate Cake for his taste & it was all good too.

I finally got the nerve up to eat steak out after calling it my home 13 years... and quitting over a year ago.The lady that cooks during lunch definitely knows what she is doing ! ?Only down side is... The prices have definitely almost doubled.Loaded baked potato with chicken has always been my go to ! ?

Ordered delivery within prescribed time. Placed order and paid. Was given a call back saying they require a minimum to deliver despite being less than 10 minutes from the store and ordered from there delivery multiple times. Then once corrected was informed they were no longer delivering that evening even though they had plenty of time. Was told I could pick it up. If I wanted takeout I would have ordered takeout and if I wasn't given the run around there would be plenty of time to deliver. Seems as though they just didn't feel they wanted to do their jobs until the job is done. Cancelled order, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I did not receive the same service that I’ve been getting there for years. There was a 16-year-old at the counter. My food took 25 or so minutes for it to be done and I was the only person placing order inside. When I asked to speak to someone in the young man said there was no one else for me to speak to besides him. Not the type of service I’m used to at this location. It was my favorite.
The staff was very busy but once on phone very friendly. The food was delivered just when they said it would be. Delivery man was friendly too. Food was terrific!!! Will order from yall again. Two thumbs up!! We got the steak tips

Just got home with food for my kids. I ordered a kids cheeseburger and a kids chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger was ordered medium well and it had blood coming out of the meat. The meat also still had the mushy raw meat look to it. I’m the type of guy that orders my burgers medium and my steaks medium rare and I was even grossed out by this. My wife and I had already ate supper and was hoping to have an easy Saturday night that didn’t involve cooking. We basically paid $14.34 for one kids chicken sandwich and still had to cook because the burger was not edible. On top of this the thermostat inside the restaurant read 82 degrees. That’s the reason for the bad atmosphere score also. The employee I dealt with was friendly and I dealt sorry for them having to work in that heat the entire day.

They left out my extra roll(which I paid for) and didn’t give me my second free sweet tea(as you can request your free tea for a pick up order; one per entree). I specifically asked for my two free teas over the phone when placing the order and they only gave me one, (i did order two entrees). The food is always great! The staff is always friendly.
