Worst Taco Bell in north Alabama be sure to check your bag in and thru the drive thru they always forget something. And the tacos might as well soak them in water then sell them they are always falling apart and on top of it, nothing but lettuce and cheese on the dang thing.

Worst meal I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. Let’s start with the Mexican pizza. I have learned that when a taco shell from Taco Bell has been stored for a long time it develops a very bitter taste. I’ve had this happen with 2 items before. It literally makes the item inedible. So I have 2 regular tacos with hardly any meat in them. One was broken into bits, that’s how I discovered how little meat was on it. I’m still starving since I couldn’t eat the Mexican pizza and my last item was the new cantina chicken crispy taco. It was so flat I think someone might have stepped on it. Very little chicken if any. It was so flat I couldn’t really tell.I know this is not a healthy place to eat and so I believe this was my sign that I shouldn’t be eating there. Point taken. I won’t be back.

Cannot get orders right. We've given them several tries to get doordash orders right but the management must be incredibly ignorant because this location just can't get basic orders right. Whatever they do end up giving us is of poor quality.Vegetarian options: If you order vegetarian options don't be surprised if you get your order stuffed with meat because the folks who prepare meals here are unable to read orders that come in.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!Ordered lunch there today and was given the wrong order. Turned around and went back in to get it corrected. Took forever for someone to come to the counter. By that time, I didn't have time to wait for my order to be prepared so I asked for a refund. The lady (older lady who I believe is the manager) got livid and said she couldn't do anything because I ordered on the app (which is understandable had I been told without attitude). I ignored the attitude and tried to say that I tried that, but couldn't figure out how to request it. I held my phone for her to see and was going to ask if she knew where that option was. However she threw her hands up and started hollering that there was nothing she could do for doordash orders. I told her it wasn't a doordash order and she got even louder. I was completely embarrassed at this point and just walked out. Called customer service who told me they would issue a refund, however they ended up withdrawing the amount out of my account again before they issued it. So I still couldn't get my money back. Ended up having to go to my bank and report them for fraud to get my money back. What should have taken me 10 minutes to get lunch, ended up being an all day ordeal. I'd like to say just go to the other taco bell in town, but God forbid something go wrong there and I ever have to deal with their customer service again. ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!
