I always go to the Zaxby’s because I live three minutes away and I’ve never had a problem until today. The lady I dealt with at the window was extremely rude and gave me an attitude and talk to me like I was stupid. I really didn’t appreciate that, this is the reason for three stars. Food has always been great, but the service tonight was horrible.

I love The food first time eating at Zaxby's and it was delicious and The employees was very nice and fast service very clean restaurant I know I'm sure going to be coming back soon from Mary LewisParking: Plenty of parking spaces and Big parking lotKid-friendliness: I noticed kid's at the restaurant inside eating when I went in to order food they had plenty of kids meals and cookies from Mary LewisWheelchair accessibility: Yes they had handicap parking places and a wheelchair ramp for wheelchair and I have to use the handicap parking and in the winter cold months I have to use a wheelchair to get around in glad they have wheelchair accessibility ramps from Mary Lewis

We travel a lot. Which means we also eat out a lot. Unfortunately for Zaxby's, we will not be returning to this one. We went in 4 days ago, 09-14-23 @4:20 or so. Thee rudest girl ever upset me. She crossed right in front of me, within inches, to put someone's food in a cubby. Maybe it's Doordash. How about excuse me? A smile? Flip me the finger? I mean, she has a job that requires customer service. Perhaps she should be in the back instead. So no words were needed. I looked at my husband and he looked at me, and we left. We went down the road a little bit to Slim Chickens. Wow!!! Now that's service!! The food is delicious!!! We have now gone there 3 times. She is a thin girl with long braids. I didn't get her name.

I usually go through the drive through at least 3 times a week. They are well mannered and always willing converse with me. My favorite place to eat but only the Zaxby at French Farms, I have eaten at Madison and Decatur something is different about Zaxby on 72.
