The food was quickly made, and good. However, our waitress that day was not attentive. Also, that waitress dropped off the receipt early to not return to out table. So, I had to ask the hostess for whatever we needed because the waitress assigned was not coming back. The hostess made up for the waitress and provided great service. Bottom-line: recommended maybe better suited as takout.

As soon as you walk in you’re overcome with a very odd smell. I’ve had a torta a million times before and I’ve never had one that wasn’t toasted. To be honest, it felt like I was eating a Subway sandwich. After we ate my wife was finishing her margarita, or attempting to, when the server asked if she would instead like it in a to go cup. The entire atmosphere is unwelcoming and I don’t appreciate being rushed away after just having finished eating.

I took the family here one night while we were in the area. The food was good except the beans. The beans were terrible.

Me and my family went tonight for dinner, when we arrived we waiting around 5 minutes for someone to come up front but they looked busy so we thought nothing of it. We were then told to go sit in the front area. After sitting we waited over 15 minutes for drinks and over 30 minutes waiting to get our order put in. We arrived at 7:15 and left at 8:05 without ordering.

I absolutely love this place!! I travel the nation for work, and it's one of my top 3 restaurants in The Ungrateful 48!Parking: The parking lot is a run through more than I get my oil changed, but it's not Nola rough so it's manageable.

The waitresses are always friendly, the food is delicious! The all-around service is fast and great! Very kid friendly environment!!Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly. We always ask for a back table or one in the corner. It's hard to keep 2 year olds seated sometimes. Lol

For the area this may not be a bad choice, but our overall experience was very mediocre.Starting from the parking lot the street view leaves something to be desired. The inside is a bit run down but for a weekday there was a lively crowd. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and were immediately seated. They were out of draft beer. The margaritas were below average with the salted rim being the only redeeming quality. They tasted just like lemon lime Gatorade—which is not what we were looking for in a margarita. The chips, salsa, and cheese dip were all pretty solid. They also had individual salsas for each person at the table which some people in our group found charming and convenient. The rest of the food was hit or miss. The chimichanga was lacking in flavor. The fajitas and quesadillas were decent but nothing special.Overall it was an acceptable dinner spot for the area but this isn’t a place I would recommend or seek out again.Kid-friendliness: Depends on type of kid. There were kids there.

This place has a great variety of food. The food is always made fresh to order. Their salsa has a nice flavor. They could improve on their desert options. Sweet tea is always fresh and good. I recommend them.Parking: It's a shared parking lot that always has a space available even if it's busy.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always there. It's a family place.

Food and Service was outstanding; We encountered very friendly staff while visiting and the chips were served warm with salsa. The atmosphere was typical of a small local restaurant, the outside does appear to be a bit runned down and scared my mother a bit, but it was warm and cozy inside and everyone immediately forgot about the outside.

Food and service were great! The building is older, and decor is too. But everything else was great!
