I pulled up to this Taco Bell at 10 minutes before closing, and they were already closed.Refused to acknowledge me and wouldn't serve me.I drove out of my way to eat here tonight.Now it's 2 AM and nothing else will be open.Thank you for giving me a night without food on an already horrible night

We were on a road trip from New Orleans to Atlanta and wanted to make a quick stop for lunch. We waited 20 minutes for a small order. This 40 minute stop was not in our time budget. Also there was no running water in the sink in the ladies room and the dining area was dirty. Do not go here!

Went in today, one family eating inside, no other customers in sight. Stood at counter for 10 minutes while two employees kept looking at me. Never a be with you in a second or anything. Of course, it’s that way almost everywhere now. Another scratched off my list.

They were out of rice, but that's not a big deal.We were given the wrong food. It was also evident that the two cars in front of us had issues, too, as we all had to make a second trip through the drive-thru.While in the drive-thru, we were asked to "hold" for 5-10 minutes before placing our order. On our second trip through the drive-thru, we were asked to "hold" for another 10 or so minutes before being able to relay that we received the wrong food. Individually, the wait time is not terrible; having to do it twice, for a combined total of 15-20 minutes waiting, to even place our order was mildly inconveniencing.Once we received the correct food, it was pretty good. The staff was nice, too. Could have just been an "off" night.
