This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the workers are well trained and know what they are doing but there is one or two people who do not know how to do their job and are generally rude. I can’t expect too much because of how little they are paid per hour but at the same time I do expect better service. If they hate working there they should try something different. Other than that, everyone else is sweet especially this one lady on night shift. My sandwich was not right ! It was on the wrong bread and it was toasted and was not supposed to be. I paid for extra meat and did not get it , And way too much salt and pepper almost even too much to even try to eat it.... And by the time I noticed that the sandwich was wrong they had closed for the evening so I had no choice but to try to eat anyway.... Was not all that great....
the experience was okay, the one person working inside was rude until i made sure to be extra kind to her, also pretty sure the $10 sandwich i bought gave me food poisoning.

Apparently the tips you ask for on the website do not appear on the employee paychecks. If your scumbag corporate organization is actually doing this you need to immediately start ensuring that employees are receiving the tips. Possibly there is a criminal franchise owner stealing tips from hard working employees ? You are hereby on notice to get to the bottom of this. Your employees did an excellent job. Employees should also be allowed to have a tip jar on the counter.
