Nice place! Knowledgeable staff-Miles knows his stuff! Personable, professional, pleasant! Great selection for cigars and alcohol. Nice seating choices: bar, cigar lounge, outdoor patio. Bathrooms are clean and nice.

My favorite cigar bar, hands down. The owner is a great dude and has always treated me right. Hell - he's stayed open late af so I could enjoy a cigar he recommended when I said I couldn't try it since I wouldn't be able to smoke it in time. So, that's awesome. The bar staff have always been very polite and open to conversation. Beer selection is good. Now the prices are, if I am being honest, ridiculously over priced. Some things you'd have to be out of your mind to get with how they are priced, but the thing is, people are willing to spend top dollar on certain things because they just don't know what it is or aren't smart enough to ask the price first. Let's say an $18 pour should not be racking up $60 no matter how hard it is to get in Alabama.. Either way, if you forget about the price for a moment, the atmosphere is much warmer, welcoming, and adult. You aren't competing or surrounded by college frat boys, you can smoke FANTASTIC cigars in comfort and have a really good and and relaxing time with close friends, business associates, or even alone. So if you're looking for a cigar and a couple of drinks, and don't mind paying sometimes double what you normally would in return for a much more pleasant experience, 3:23 is the place to be. I quit drinking a while ago, but do stop by and chat from time to time. Stop in and check it out.

Great place for cigars and whiskey. Very knowledgeable staff and good selection on both. Bar area is non smoking but have a back room with couches and a large patio door smoking.

Great bourbon, great drinks. Not a cigar guy so can’t speak for the cigars. Only docked a star because the live music was obnoxiously loud and not very good in what should be a “chill” bar. Will definitely be back, just hopefully with less (or toned down) live music.

Well my wife knows I really enjoy a good cigar and it's my birthday weekend. She suggested we try 3.23. The cigar collection was descent as well as the prices of the cigars. The outside deck was good also my only complaint was the furniture was well worn and I felt like they needed more staff tending the cigar area. But it's not what it appears to be on the website. When I think of high end cigar lounges. Alcohol selection seems really good if you are a drinker. Need to add modelos. I would visit again and I would suggest to others.
