I’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A for a couple of years now. This is the second time in a row I’ve gone that they’ve gotten drinks incorrect. They get them kinda close, like ordering an unsweet tea and getting an unsweet tea mixed w lemonade. I even asked the worker taking the order to repeat back to me what I ordered this time and they still got it wrong. It’s drive through only, so getting it fixed isn’t super easy. Getting a bit disappointed in a fast food place that is known for being the best. :(

I'm going to do something I never in my life thought I would have to do...... Which is write a negative review on a chick-fil-a I went to this location this morning for breakfast. They only offered biscuits for sandwiches which was already negative but I gave them a chance. That was my first mistake. I asked for a chicken,egg,cheese biscuit sandwich with additional sausage and bacon with strawberry jam.. Maybe it's my fault, but I am so trusting of chick fil a that I didn't even check the order. When I got home my sandwich had no egg or cheese and grape jam. So, I returned to the store and explained my situation. Do you know that when I arrived to the drive-thru to pick up what I thought would be my corrected order I was given a container with just egg and cheese. I couldn't believe my eyes. I politely asked if they could remake my entire sandwich. To which I was told they were unsure if they had enough breakfast left. Turns out they did remake it but on this 3rd order the chicken and bacon was left off. Needless to say I was so annoyed that I just took it and left. If you value your peace: DO NOT COME HERE

Chick-fil-A is a wonderful place to eat either dine in or takeout. I love their food especially their spicy chicken sandwich ?. I not only love the food but the worker are so nice and polite and you don't have to wait long. I wish other places had workers like these. The way people treat you is why people keep coming back.

They always cancel my DoorDash orders. DoorDash says the store doesn’t want to fulfill it. Only order from the mall store for good service.

Drive thru was terribly slow for there to be 3 cars ahead and no customers inside. Ordered 4 entrees and they forgot the fries. When we did get them they were old. Do better!

Not a fan of them putting the markers for the orders under the windshied wipers. Just ask for my name or put color and type of car in the system like every other chickfila. We do come down here though over of the Opelika location. The Opelika location is terrible and always has burned, hard, chicken. So far this location has been fine.
This Chikfila saved my catering order this morning! I made a mistake and they made 2 large chicken mini trays for me in record time. Very polite and helpful staff. I always have a great experience here. Thank you, Josie!

This is my go-to Chick-fil-A so I've been here a few times before. I usually have a good experience here but today was probably the best one I've had so far. The employees here are really cool and don't have that "forced" enthusiasm you see at some other places. I believe the guy who brought me my food was the owner of the store. After opening my bag, I realized I didn't have a straw. I was about to go up to get one, but right at that moment the same guy had come back and handed one to me. Probably the best CFA in the state, if not the world!
