Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too, having to use a screen to order but the screens are not laid out user friendly, and too few to make ordering quick. When orders are ready they make little effort to be heard in a crowded noisy environment.

This is the absolute worst run Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. There is no sense of efficiency or speed much less urgency. The majority of the employees are young, as in high school, and project a "I don't care attitude." And the drive through is absolutely awful. I do everything I can to avoid this location!

The only thing I have to say is you cannot use the chick fil A app and accumulate those points to redeem reward. The only reason I come here is because the one in Magnolia is farther.

I had to place my order on the tablet while the employees stood there and watched. Definitely not the Chik-Fil-A experience I’m accustomed to. The chicken biscuit was very small…like something I’d expect from Wendy’s. Also, I ordered a large meal, paid extra for a large meal, and got the same size as someone in my party who ordered a regular. Disappointed that I didn’t stop at the McDonalds and waited for Chik-Fil-A!

Here for early Auburn game. Lots of employees, none taking orders. Ordering kiosk a nightmare. We just ordered 2 drinks and a fruit cup. Got my drink wrong. Sad excuse for a Chickfila!
