Good enough! I love cookout. In all honesty this is the worst one I've been to, but it isn't bad still. I recently got a big double burger... and it did have two patties. But each of them covered about half the bun. It was smaller than the previous time when I simply got a normal burger. When I got the normal burger my order was wrong. I also have now, four times at this location, ordered the cheese bites as a side to my plate and I've been given five or less of them, most of them small. The food still tastes good and the employees aren't rude, so I'm still happy regardless. There's also a leak in the ceiling that drips into the dining room, and the ice machine on the right never works.

The fact that you don't get what you ordered is amazing! I guess it's random and full of surprises. ✅??
What's not to like about this place? Cheap, amazing food...lots of it. The only downside is that it can take a while to get your food if you are dining inside. Well, that and the first time you go the menu is hard to understand...but once you see it you can't unsee it. Other than that, a great place to eat!

this was my large coke from cookout the whole thing is just filled with one huge chunk of ice and i wasn't even given a straw either, like they knew there was nothing to drink! and even when i asked for a straw after being given it i was rudely told "there is one in the bag" then slammed the window shut, which there was NOT one in the bag. idk how you can simply mess up a coke of all things, but i'm definitely disappointed to wait in line for 20 minutes for this...

Cookout isn’t the best quality of food, but it’s cheap and always hot. The service is always good too!We had a gift card and it wouldn’t go through, we saw how hard they tried to make it work. In the end, they gave it to us on the house! The employees were really nice about it.
I never had a bad experience in this location. This stays open all night which is a life saver. Staffs are always friendly. Thanks for being awesome guys!!

The staff was very pleasant, and helpful. The food came out super fast it was hot and fresh. The store was clean, my favorite part was they had a Christian radio station playing?. Was a great experience.

Service at this location is rude. Food was cold and they did not put all my items in there. Also, are they going through a shortage on sauces? I could only get one sauce and I was willing to pay for more. Never seen a company that didn’t want money but whatever .

I came to this establishment an hour ago Lavette S took my order and got it wrong after me repeatedly telling her what I wanted. And proceeded to get an attitude with a paying customer after I politely came in to solve the problem. And told me I had to pay to get the item that I was missing that I already paid for.
