They always miss the order or do not fulfill the entire order. No appropriate response from the store owner or the Dunkin Donuts customer service. Only in the store orders are appropriately fulfilled.This store doesn't really care about customer feedback. I hope they fix their systems, so they can serve better. The staff is great, but the systems are bad.

I used to go to this dunkin all the time because it was a drive thru so it was very convenient but I went last week because I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and they told me they weren’t doing food. I thought it was just a one time thing so I got my coffee and went somewhere else for food. Now fast forward to today, a week later, and they said they weren’t doing food again. This was very annoying as how is it possible that two times in a row that I go they aren’t doing food. So, I just got a coffee and I got a pretty easy drink, just a caramel iced coffee, and I decided to add whipped cream which doesn’t seem like that difficult of an order and when I got to the window it was the same girl from last time and one, they didn’t give me whipped cream, and two, they only filled the cup up halfway with coffee and the other half was ice so there was like a drop of coffee. i’m getting sick of this location.
